I have not received a ministry update from the missionary I support in a long while. Who do I contact?

If you have contact information for your missionary, please feel free to send them a note! I'm sure they would be happy to hear from you, and it's very easy for contact information to change over time, leaving people out of touch.

We do expect our missionaries to send regular updates quarterly or monthly about their work. Email prayer updates are often the most cost effective, but some missionaries can still send printed newsletters.

We're happy to try to get in touch with a missionary on your behalf if you have not been able to connect. Please contact  Gift Services.

We have strong confidence in the Christian character of our missionaries. However, we live in a broken and sinful world and know that even those in ministry can sin against others, and in cases where this warrants further action, it's vital that we can take appropriate steps.
