Who is Reliant?
We were born in 1989 as a mission support agency for a small group of campus church planters. A lot's changed since then! (Less stonewashed jeans, for one).
Today we mobilize church planters and missionaries across like-minded missional groups and church-planting networks. As we've expanded our partnerships, we've adopted a new name. Yet our devotion to Jesus' command to "Go and make disciples..." remains. It's who we are.

I love Reliant because... I get to work with a bunch of people who are dedicated to using their "behind-the-scenes" administrative skills to keep hundreds of field workers focused on their mission. It's a group that excels at working hard and doing it with excellence but prioritizes people & ministry. This unique mix makes Reliant unlike any place I have worked before.
A favorite scripture of mine is:"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen." Ephesians 3:20
Right this minute I'm probably... Deep in the trenches of process mapping something that our Central team needs to improve on or make more efficient. If not working: spending time with friends + family trying the great local places in Nashville (and Yelping all about it), playing beach volleyball, or researching/planning some kind of travel experience.

I am responsible for...
Strategically overseeing our organizational initiatives, priorities, and projects to ensure we're all moving toward the same mission. I streamline our Central processes and work with all of our teams to improve efficiency organization-wide and tackle large-scale projects that support our goals and mission.
I lead today because…
I feel called to use the skillsets I've been given to advance and improve ministry and how our organization can serve the Kingdom even more broadly in the future. I'm excited about how God has used Reliant over the years I have been here and even more excited about how he might want to use us in the future. I am grateful to play a part in helping that happen with efficiency and excellence.
I am motivated by...
Seeing the gospel spread to all areas of the world and Jesus made known in our time. I love that our team can effectively serve hundreds of field workers and churches/ministries around the world. Organizing processes and people for better Kingdom work is something I think God put me on this earth to do- serving locally and thinking globally!
